Historical Data Entry / Editing:

The first step in OEE / Production Analysis is gathering acurrate, uniformly measured production statistics.  The preferred  method is to utilize automatically gathered production data directly from the manufacturing line / machine using FACTory Information Terminals.  Alternately, use FACTory Record It! to manually input your data.  Either method results in the production data being stored in the FACTory Report It historical database.  Below is one production record that was automatically collected by the FACTory Information Terminal.  Downtime Data is quantified and categorized in order to perform the OEE Availability calculation, Scrap & Production Counts are tracked to generate OEE Quality, and Counts, Standards, Operating Time, are used to calculate OEE Performance .  Also displayed are rotating graphs of Downtime Pareto Charts, Scrap Pareto Charts, and OEE with OEE components Availability, Quality and Perfornance.
