Downtime Pareto Charts:

A key component of OEE is Availability. Downtime Pareto Charts are a powerful analysis tool for improving this metric. Using the automatically collected data from the FACTory Information Terminal the system captures every downtime event in with perfect accuracy including the cause, time stamp of the event start time, and duration. Alternately use FACTory Record It! to manually store downtime information. Analysis of this data is enhanced by a variety of reports and charts.
